Payment and Confirmation

The total amount of the stay must be paid upon booking. Accepted payment methods include only bank cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard). A booking confirmation will be sent to you by email as soon as the payment is validated.

Registration

Online registration is made mandatory by the French state for each reservation, and associated with the presentation of a valid identity document. (article R814-1 and following of the code of entry and residence of foreigners and the right of asylum)

Security Deposit

About five days before your arrival, a security deposit of €200 or €300 (depending on the apartment) will be blocked on your bank card. This deposit will be released after checking the condition of the premises, provided that the use of the premises has been in accordance with the rules set out. Any violation of the rules will result in the partial or total retention of the security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

By booking directly on our website, you benefit from free cancellation up until the scheduled day of your arrival. In the event of cancellation after your arrival day, only the remaining nights will be refunded.

For reservations made via third-party platforms, please refer to the specific cancellation policies of these platforms, which will prevail over this policy.

Arrival and Departure Times

Arrival: between 15:00 and 23:00.
Departure: no later than 11:00.

If different information is specified on the apartment page, it will prevail over the standard times indicated above.

Use of the Premises

Cleaning Included

The standard final cleaning includes changing bed linen and a general cleaning of the apartment. It is your responsibility to empty the refrigerator, wash the dishes and clean the oven and microwave. In case of non-compliance with this rule, an amount of €50 will be automatically deducted from the security deposit for additional cleaning.

Rules

The tenant agrees to respect the following rules:

• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The apartment will only be used for private purposes. Any commercial, craft or professional activity is strictly prohibited.
• Only the tenant who signed the contract and his companions may occupy the apartment, within the limit of the number of people authorized. Visits by outsiders are prohibited.
• The premises must be vacated no later than the departure time indicated in the booking confirmation or on the apartment page.
• The tenant and his companions must respect the peace and quiet of other residents. Noise pollution should be avoided, especially after 10:00 p.m. A friendly reminder will be sent, and if the noise persists, tenants will be asked to leave the apartment immediately.
• Any damage caused by the tenant or his companions will be billed to the tenant.
• Travel Homes cannot be held responsible for service interruptions (water, gas, electricity), theft or damage to personal belongings, or for nuisances caused by the neighborhood.
• In the event of non-return of the keys, an amount of €100 will be deducted from the security deposit.
• Any report by a third party of non-compliance with the rules set out will result in the total withholding of the security deposit.

Technology

Our apartments are equipped with devices that measure the indoor environment (noise levels, humidity, temperature, etc.) without recording the sound, in order to guarantee you a pleasant stay and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors.

Some common areas are under video surveillance for legal and/or security reasons. The entrance doors are equipped with video doorbells, and smoke detectors are installed in each apartment.

It is strictly forbidden to disconnect any of these security devices under penalty of losing the entire security deposit.

Inventory of Fixtures

Please report to us spontaneously any incident or material damage that occurs during your stay. An inventory of fixtures will be carried out after your departure. If damage is found, all or part of the deposit may be retained.

Force Majeure

We reserve the right to access the apartment during your stay in the event of an emergency or force majeure, in particular to ensure the security or material integrity of the premises.
