Süße Wohnung, nur etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mehr als ausreichend, und auch das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem. Das Sofa ist als Schlafsofa ausgeschrieben. Beim Fernsehen bin ich darauf zwar das ein oder andere Mal eingeschlafen und habe dabei wunderbar gedöst, für mehrere Nächte würde ich es allerdings nicht empfehlen, da es aus mehreren Teilen besteht und dadurch nicht ganz so gemütlich ist, wie man es sich für einen längeren Schlaf wünscht. Das Bad ist etwas hellhörig. Es dringen allerdings keine Geräusche aus den anderen Wohnungen nach oben. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es morgens etwas lauter werden. Die Wohnung ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

I was very happy with my choice of accommodation; it was incredibly convenient. Everything was well thought out—a good bed, quality linens, and fresh-smelling towels. The plumbing fixtures were high-quality, and there was a comfortable workspace by the window with a view of the city. Despite the proximity to the train station, it was quiet and peaceful. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. On the downside, the frying pans were a bit worn (though that’s common everywhere, as non-stick coatings deteriorate quickly).

Du får hvad du ser og placering er perfekt.
Positive: Billederne viser hvad du får og lever op til det. God til prisen. Virkelig god placering, midt i centrum. Der var mange små detaljer som tæller meget op i vurderingen. Så som: De var kapsler til kaffe, te-poser til te. Salt og peber. Samt shower gel I brusebadet, sæbe til vaske fingre med og opvasksæbe til tallerkener.
De små detaljer sætter vi stor Pris på.
Negative: Hvis man er dårlig gående, skal man være opmærksom på at der er mange trapper op til øverste lejlighed.

Hvis du kører i bil, skal du være opmærksom på at du skal Booke (€€) parking igennem stedet efterfølgende og det er ikke sikkert at de har plads, men dette er ikke et stort problem, da "Josse Parking" er tæt på boligen, og er alligevel billigere end deres.

Ons verblijf van twee dagen was heerlijk. Het appartement ligt in het centrum en alles is aan te lopen! Een hele gezellige en mooie stad, wij waren positief verrast. Naast Colmar is de omgeving met de dorpen echt een aanrader. Het appartement is heel volledig uitgevoerd. Perfect uitgeruste keuken, goede oven, het bed sliep heerlijk, en inchecken ging zonder problemen. Zelfs nog een klein balkonnetje om buiten te zitten. Als we in Colmar zijn, komen we zeker terug! Tip: Parkeren deden we in de parkeergarage LaCarre op 10 minuten lopen voor maar 3 euro per 24 uur.

Positive: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut , nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. Alles erreichbar zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür sowie öffentliche Parkplätze fürs Auto. Bett komfortabel,  Schlafsofa  auch. Sauber und geräumige Wohnung.
Negative: Die Treppe zur Wohnung sind ein bißchen zu steil. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern sollte man aufpassen.

A quelques pas du centre ville de Mulhouse et d' un parc le stationnement gratuit y est difficile. Pour le havre de paix comme d' écrit dans l' annonce nous repasserons car l'insonorisation avec le voisin du dessus et insuffisante. Sinon appartement assez spacieux et propre, conforme à la description.

Logement de très bonne qualité conforme à l'annonce. En revanche le chauffage était éteint à l arrivée. Il faisait extrêmement froid (9°C) dans le logement à notre arrivée. Il a fallut plusieurs heure pour que la température revienne à la normale. Une caution de 200€ à aussi été demandée.

The place was exactly as described and shown in the photos. It has lots of public parking options nearby. There are restaurants, groceries, pharmacies, and basically everything you need within walkable distance. The host was very responsive, checked in on us (digitally) after checking in, and was helpful with all our questions. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Ubicado en zona tranquila con aparcamiento en la calle de pago. Está cerca del centro para ir caminando. El apartamento es acogedor, tiene lo necesario. Lo único malo, el microondas y el horno estaban bastante sucios y había muchas pelusas en las habitaciones. Las almohadas muy malas.

Positive: Konum, temizlik, muhitin sessiz ve güvenli oluşu, hemen önünde ya da yakınında park alanlarının oluşu en sevdiğim noktalardı. 3 yaşında oğlumla geçirdiğim bu 3 gecede mutfaktaki gereçler, çamaşır makinesinin ve bulaşık makinesinin olması işimi kolaylaştırdı. Ayrıca ısıtma son derece iyiydi. Bir kez daha kalır mısınız deseniz; kalırım. Ve özellikle çocuklu ailelere tavsiye ederim.
Negative: Girişteki 3-4 merdiveni sevmemiş olabilirim :)

Positive: Die Lage ist ok, Stadtzentrum gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Negative: Unsauber - Boden sehr dreckig, Staubwolken und Müll unter dem Bett, tote Mücken im Bad direkt neben dem Spiegel. Parkplätze in der Umgebung kostenpflichtig. Mülltonnen direkt vor dem Wohnzimmerfenster waren total überfüllt und stanken übel, man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Kein einziges scharfes Messer, komische Tassen. Also alles in allem war dies die schlechteste von 5 Ferienwohnungen in unserem Urlaub.

The apartment is located less than 100m from the center of town, and a 10-minute walk to the train station. Tram, bus, and rail are very accessible. The immediate neighborhood is nice and well-maintained, but it is a thoroughfare between the center of town and the outer skirts of town that brings noisy and rowdy people into the neighborhood. In the ten days I stayed I had two noisy nights outside, including one with a fist fight amongst young adults. My apartment was at street level. There are two other apartments above the unit. The description of the apartment was close, but especially one bedroom was missing its curtains and at night could only be protected from public view with outside shutters that didn't fully close. Everything else was as described. For two people we had sufficient kitchen supplies, for four it would be tight and would require frequent dish washing. The bathroom is is fully functional and supplied with plenty of towels.
