Süße Wohnung, nur etwa 3 Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Küche war mehr als ausreichend, und auch das Bett war wirklich sehr bequem. Das Sofa ist als Schlafsofa ausgeschrieben. Beim Fernsehen bin ich darauf zwar das ein oder andere Mal eingeschlafen und habe dabei wunderbar gedöst, für mehrere Nächte würde ich es allerdings nicht empfehlen, da es aus mehreren Teilen besteht und dadurch nicht ganz so gemütlich ist, wie man es sich für einen längeren Schlaf wünscht. Das Bad ist etwas hellhörig. Es dringen allerdings keine Geräusche aus den anderen Wohnungen nach oben. Bei geöffnetem Fenster kann es morgens etwas lauter werden. Die Wohnung ist definitiv einen Besuch wert!

I was very happy with my choice of accommodation; it was incredibly convenient. Everything was well thought out—a good bed, quality linens, and fresh-smelling towels. The plumbing fixtures were high-quality, and there was a comfortable workspace by the window with a view of the city. Despite the proximity to the train station, it was quiet and peaceful. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. On the downside, the frying pans were a bit worn (though that’s common everywhere, as non-stick coatings deteriorate quickly).

Du får hvad du ser og placering er perfekt.
Positive: Billederne viser hvad du får og lever op til det. God til prisen. Virkelig god placering, midt i centrum. Der var mange små detaljer som tæller meget op i vurderingen. Så som: De var kapsler til kaffe, te-poser til te. Salt og peber. Samt shower gel I brusebadet, sæbe til vaske fingre med og opvasksæbe til tallerkener.
De små detaljer sætter vi stor Pris på.
Negative: Hvis man er dårlig gående, skal man være opmærksom på at der er mange trapper op til øverste lejlighed.

Hvis du kører i bil, skal du være opmærksom på at du skal Booke (€€) parking igennem stedet efterfølgende og det er ikke sikkert at de har plads, men dette er ikke et stort problem, da "Josse Parking" er tæt på boligen, og er alligevel billigere end deres.

Ons verblijf van twee dagen was heerlijk. Het appartement ligt in het centrum en alles is aan te lopen! Een hele gezellige en mooie stad, wij waren positief verrast. Naast Colmar is de omgeving met de dorpen echt een aanrader. Het appartement is heel volledig uitgevoerd. Perfect uitgeruste keuken, goede oven, het bed sliep heerlijk, en inchecken ging zonder problemen. Zelfs nog een klein balkonnetje om buiten te zitten. Als we in Colmar zijn, komen we zeker terug! Tip: Parkeren deden we in de parkeergarage LaCarre op 10 minuten lopen voor maar 3 euro per 24 uur.

Positive: Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut , nicht weit vom Stadtzentrum. Alles erreichbar zu Fuß. Eine Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Haustür sowie öffentliche Parkplätze fürs Auto. Bett komfortabel,  Schlafsofa  auch. Sauber und geräumige Wohnung.
Negative: Die Treppe zur Wohnung sind ein bißchen zu steil. Für eine Familie mit kleinen Kindern sollte man aufpassen.

Amazing location for visiting colmar.
Positive: Amazing position, right in the city center.
The flat is spacious and very cosy! Very nice view. The staff team is amazing and welcoming. Wifi works well. Comfy bed.
8 minutes walk from/to the parking lot "Parking Saint-Josse" (3€ per day, super recommended)
Negative: Shower not for tall people (If you're around 185cm you might bump with the shower head).

We visited in late September (temperatures around 20/25° C), if visiting during the summer could be quite warm in the bedroom (there are 2 big ventilators)

The stairs to get to the flat (4th floor) are not super well illuminated, we had to take the phone torch in some areas)

Positive: My bed was clean and large, which was comfortable to sleep.
Negative: My room was located on 3rd, 4th floor. The stairs inside the building was really steep and the hallway was dark.. I felt a bit dangerous to go both upward to my room and downward to the entrance. My room was a maisonette, and the internal staircase was also steep.

Overall a nice stay thanks to the perfect location, but the accommodation was quite old and not that comfortable.
Positive: Perfect location
Negative: 4th floor in a typical house in colmar was not ideal while pregnant. Garbage cans of the restaurant inside the building smelled in the stairways of the building.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i denne leiligheten! Den lå nydelig til, med gangavstand til alle severdigheter. Man får absolutt pengene verdt! Vi var her midt på sommeren noe som gjorde at det til tider kunne bli veldig varmt i leiligheten, men dette var forventet! Vi anbefaler denne leiligheten på det sterkeste!

Charmant, sous les toits avec jolie vue sur les toits du vieux Colmar !!
Bien équipé pour préparer petit déjeuner et plus si on ne veut pas sortir.
Nous avons eu un problème avec le téléviseur mais Jackina à été très réactive. 
Nous avons adoré notre séjour de 3 jours dans la vieille ville
Negative: Il n'y sont pour rien mais il a fait très chaud et le charme d'être sous les toits va avec certains inconvénients. Mais il y avait un ventilateur dans le séjour cuisine et 2 autres dans la chambre. En jouant avec les stores et en ouvrant le soir avec les ventilateurs nous avons dormi sans problème. 
Juste pensez qu'il y a 69 marches pour les appartements 6 et 7. Juste bon à noter pour les personnes âgées ou a mobilité réduite. Mais il y a d'autres appartements plus bas

Negative: Das Appartement wirkt vernachlässigt, die Wasserhahn locker, eher staubig, einige Lampen funktionierten nicht usw.

Auch enttäuschend war, dass ich als Allergikerin vorher nach federfreiem Bettzeug gefragt hatte, mir dies bestätigt wurde, es aber vor Ort etliche Federkissen auf dem Bett gab.
