Positive: L'appartamento è pulito e ben curato, vicinissimo al parcheggio Rapp e a due passi dal centro. Negative: Peccato per il self check-in, un'esperienza frustrante. Al posto della procedura online, tanto dettagliata quanto inutile, corredata di immagini a bassissima risoluzione, l'host farebbe molto meglio a puntare su un testo sintetico e dritto al punto. L'ingresso è formalmente al numero 1 di Avenue de la République, ma in realtà si trova su Boulevard du Champ de Mars, disorientando chi arriva. Inoltre, il codice d'accesso del portone ha un tempo di disattivazione troppo breve: ho dovuto provare una decina di volte prima di capire che si hanno letteralmente due secondi per aprire.

Mooi modern ruim appartement, compleet met goede voorzieningen. Goed bed. Aan raamkant is plafond lager dus opletten met opstaan uit bed.
Luiken aan buitenkant deden het niet allemaal. Met 30 graden wordt het erg warm binnen, de ventilator is echt nodig.
Ligging is ideaal op loopafstand historische centrum. Naast een bakker en carrefour. Appartement is gehorig met bovenburen. Verder niets gehoord.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage, perfekt für einen Kurztrip Positive: Sehr gute Lage, ruhige Wohnung und von der Baustelle im Haus hat man nichts gehört. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Supermarkt und verschiedene Parkgaragen sind gleich in der Nähe. Die Küche ist mit allen Basics ausgestattet (Auch mit Salz, Pfeffer, Öl und Kaffee) und absolut ausreichend. Großer Pluspunkt: Es ist eine Waschmaschine vorhanden! Wir wollen auf jeden Fall noch einmal zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt im Jahr kommen. Negative: Das Heißwasser war etwas wenig, konnte aber an der Therme leicht umgestellt werden und die Kopfkissenbezüge haben sehr sehr seltsam gerochen. Für unseren Aufenthalt hat es gereicht, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt, hätte ich die Bezüge gewaschen.

Positive: L'appartamento molto carino, spaziozo e la posizione. Noi eravamo al secondo piano Negative: Accesso al portone d'ingresso da sistemare e l'odore dei bidoni dell'mmondizia lasciati troppo tempo all'entrata del palazzo. Servirebbe installare un condizionatore per la stagione calda come quest' anno.
