Vraiment pas le grand luxe mais bien situé Positive: L’emplacement est parfait: calme bien que quasiment au centre, et avec le parking Saint-Josse très bon marché à 3 minutes à pied. L’appartement est grand. Negative: Équipements et mobilier bas de gamme, exceptés les fauteuils. Tout qui grince ou qui est à moitié cassé. Le bâtiment est mal isolé. Une fenêtre est complètement cassée et doit être changée. Le douche ne s’écoule pas suffisamment. La cage d’escalier est franchement honteuse, elle n’a probablement pas été lavée depuis plusieurs années.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung – leider durch unangekündigte Baustelle und massiven Lärm keine erholsame Nacht. Positive: Die Wohnung an sich ist schön eingerichtet, modern und ansprechend gestaltet. Auch die zentrale Lage in Colmar hat uns gut gefallen. Grundsätzlich hat die Unterkunft viel Potenzial, wenn die äußeren Umstände stimmen. Negative: Leider war unser Aufenthalt alles andere als erholsam. Das gesamte Gebäude war eingerüstet und befand sich mitten in Bauarbeiten. Darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht informiert. Besonders im Bereich des Treppenaufgangs, hatten wir kurz überlegt direkt wieder zu gehen! Hinzu kamen störende, permanente Tropfgeräusche, vermutlich von der Heizung oder einem Wasserhahn, sowie erheblicher Baulärm bereits ab 6 Uhr morgens. An eine ruhige Nacht war dadurch kaum zu denken. Besonders enttäuschend war die fehlende Transparenz. Hätten wir von der Baustelle gewusst, hätten wir eine andere Unterkunft gewählt. Wir haben den Vermieter vor Abgabe der Bewertung kontaktiert. Er entschuldigte sich und erklärte, die Bauarbeiten würden durch Dritte durchgeführt und seien nur vorübergehend. Auf unsere anschließende Bitte um ein angemessenes Entgegenkommen erhielten wir keine weitere Antwort. Für 142,21 € pro Nacht war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unter diesen Umständen leider sehr schlecht.

Locatie perfect, appartement is slecht onderhouden (veel mankementen) en helaas geen koeling Positive: De locatie was top, kon binnen een paar minuten in centrum zijn Negative: Geen airco, veel te warm, de entree was niet netjes, de badkamer deur kan niet dicht, de douche was verstopt, de douchekop was kapot, de stoel was kapot etc. Naast het appartement ligt een Synagoge die hadden inkijk in het appartement wegens ontbreken van een gordijn, zagen ons uit de douche komen.. Ik heb hierover contact gehad en ze hebben alleen de douchekop kunnen vervangen,

Positive: Appartamento ben arredato, accogliente ideale per la famiglia e vicino al centro di Colmar. Spazi buoni per cinque persone. Qualche infisso un po' "storico" ma il soggiorno è andato bene.
