- 2026-09-21T09:59:02Z · 5/5: I was very happy with my choice of accommodation; it was incredibly convenient. Everything was well thought out—a good bed, quality linens, and fresh-smelling towels. The plumbing fixtures were high-quality, and there was a comfortable workspace by the window with a view of the city. Despite the proximity to the train station, it was quiet and peaceful. The host was quick to respond to any inquiries. On the downside, the frying pans were a bit worn (though that’s common everywhere, as non-stick coatings deteriorate quickly).
- 2026-09-11T08:38:54Z · 4/5: Les instructions pour rentrer dans le bâtiment ne sont pas à jour et peu claires. Un des codes principales était erroné. Je ne pouvais ni prendre l'ascenseur ni les escaliers donc j'étais bloqué. Le numéro à appeler est une ligne automatique qui répète simplement les infos déjà disponible dans le Airbnb. C'est dommage que la ligne ne soit pas directement le numéro de l'hôte... Odeur d'humidité en arrivant dans le logement, et pas mal de poussière au sol, sur le lit et le plan de travail. L'aspirateur présent est obsolète, il n'aspire plus et est sale. A part ces différents points sur l'arrivée, et un léger nettoyage qui n'a pas nécessité l'aide de l'hôte, le service est réactif, la communication est excellente. Ils m'ont passé un numéro d'hôte après la remonté de mon soucis. Si j'avais demandé je suis sûr qu'il se serait déplacé pour nettoyer. J'ai eu un problème avec les plaques de cuisson, un agent de maintenance peut venir pour résoudre le problème dans la journée.

Lokalizacja idealna, praktycznie obok dworca kolejowego. 6 piętro - nawet jakiś tam widok jest :) Wystarczająco czysto. Świeża pościel i ręczniki. Aneks kuchenny, jak na taką małą przestrzeń, zawiera prawie całe możliwe podstawowe wyposażenie, choć nie nastawiałbym się tam na jakieś wielkie gotowanie. Dostępny nawet ekspres do kawy. Trochę nieczytelna instrukcja wejścia (a nawet błędna - pomylone kody!!) - z pomocą uczynnej starszej pani - sąsiadki, udało nam się wejść, potem już wszystko ok. Właściciel działa proaktywnie, sam wysłał ekipę do niedziałającej spłuczki, która szybko rozwiązała problem. Idealny punkt do zwiedzania Miluzy i całej Alzacji. Wyśmienity stosunek ceny do jakości. Dla 2 osób. które traktują to miejsce jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania, bardzo polecam!

L’emplacement est idéal : au cœur du réseau de transports urbains, à deux pas de deux superbes parcs, de nombreux restaurants variés et d’une pharmacie. Tout est accessible facilement à pied. L’hôte fait preuve d’une grande réactivité et sait parfaitement s’adapter aux besoins de ses clients. Accueil chaleureux, séjour très agréable et confortable. Je recommande vivement ce logement sans aucune hésitation !
